Robert Francis 

Owner & Mechanical and Technical Automotive Specialist

Former McDonald’s Manager and had a passion to learn about Vehicles and went back to college at 26 years old and became an automotive Technician over four years of schooling.  Robert continues to further his skills and knowledge with online and in person courses to stay at the top of his field and provide the professional, knowledgeable repairs and maintenance his clients expect when having their vehicles serviced.  Robert opened Automotive Angels in 2014 and has grown the business to the point where it provides seven jobs to the community.  Automotive Angels has become a true Family business and employs a total of 5 family members ( Lee, Service Advisor/Manager,  Destiny, Service Advisor, Darian, Mechanical Automotive Specialist,  and Devinity, 1st Year Apprentice to become a Mechanical and Technical Automotive Specialist).

When Robert isn’t training and working on the business, he enjoys fishing, sports, nature walks, spending free time with loved ones, camping, kayaking, fixing cars and making automotive keys.

Robert has enjoyed working with many people over his career and is very proud of all the technicians and co-op students who have taken on careers in the Automotive Industry. 

Robert truly enjoys working on vehicles and work on his business everyday to help support his staff to provide excellent professional automotive repair and maintenance to our local community.

Lee Francis

(Owner) Service Manager/ Advisor

Lee Francis ( Owner), Service Manager/ Advisor, came into the shop over COVID and has now become an important staff member who provides support to all staff and works very hard to provide high-quality and professional service to our clients.  Lee has gone above and beyond to take classes and learn about vehicles to better service clients and help keep them safe and reliable. 

Destiny Francis

Advisor

Destiny is growing into a great advisor, working every day to provide clients with detailed inspections and estimates to help them make the right decision regarding repairs and maintenance of their vehicle. Destiny takes training and is always learning and supporting the shop with vehicle repairs and clients to provide top-quality professional automotive repair and service. 

Brad D

Automotive Mechanical and Technical Specialist

Brad works hard every day to complete repairs right the first time. He provides clients with detailed inspections and spends a lot of time training and learning to better repair vehicles as they change and evolve each day. We are proud to have him on our team.

Darian Francis

Sensor Apprentice

Sensor Apprentice and soon-to-be full technician, he is on his way to becoming a leader in the automotive industry. He works each day to learn and become better at his job. He provides clients with great inspections and helps give the information needed to make decisions on repairs and maintenance. He is taking classes to become more advanced in electrical. We are proud to have him on our team.  

Zack B

1st Year Apprentice

Zack has grown a lot over the last year and is now a specialist in tires, brakes and preventive maintenance.  He has just gone to school, which is exciting for us to see him grow and develop the skills required to serve our clients.  Can’t wait to see what this young man grows into as a technician.

Devinity Francis

1st Year Apprentice

Devinity has been doing great working side by side with her dad in the shop. She does a great job and pays attention to all the little details. She is now a tire specialist and preventive maintenance specialist. Devinity enjoys electrical work, which is exciting for us. Vehicles are more complex than airplanes, so having another team member who specializes in electrical work will serve our clients for many years to come.
